1. Cancellation by Participants:

1.1. Non-Refundable Downpayment:

  • A 50% non-refundable downpayment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

1.2. Cancellation Timeline:

  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before the tour start date will be refunded 50% of the total tour cost, exclusive of any costs already incurred by the organizers.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.

2. Tour Changes and Cancellations by Organizers:

2.1. Itinerary Changes:

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or events beyond our control.
  • Any significant changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.

2.2. Tour Cancellation:

  • In the unlikely event that the tour is canceled by the organizers, participants will receive a full refund of the paid tour amount, exclusive of any costs already incurred by the organizers.

3. Processing Refunds:

3.1. Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving a refund request.

3.2. Payment Method:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.

3.3. Exclusion of Costs:

  • Refunds are exclusive of any costs already incurred by the organizers in preparation for the tour.

4. Participant Responsibility:

4.1. Visas and Travel Permits:

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or travel permits.
  • The non-refundable downpayment remains in effect even if a participant is unable to obtain the necessary visas or travel permits.

4.2. Health and Travel Insurance:

  • Participants are required to have travel insurance covering health, travel delays, and cancellations.
  • The non-refundable downpayment remains in effect even if a participant cancels due to health reasons.
