- To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable downpayment is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining 50% can be paid at your own pace, with the full amount due three weeks before your scheduled arrival in Accra.
- Payment can be made through the provided online platform.
- Cancellation Policy:
- The entire booking amount is non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date are non-refundable.
- Tour Inclusions:
- The tour package includes accommodation, guided tours, transportation during the tour, and exclusive access to investment opportunities, as outlined in the provided itinerary.
- 2 Meals a day, unless explicitly stated
- Responsibilities of Participants:
- Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or travel permits.
- Participants are required to have travel insurance covering health, travel delays, and cancellations.
- Changes to Itinerary:
- The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or events beyond our control.

- The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by participants during the tour.

- Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the tour, with no refund provided.
